Job Purpose
•Prepares Incident report for any on unaccounted cards/vouchers.
•Profiling of cards qualified for destruction and endorse for destruction
•Handles preparation of OLER / incident reports related to RTS Management Team
•Prepares Dispatch Balancing Report, weekly Dashboard Report and RTS daily Inventory Report
•Reviews RTS cards/vouchers in vault if still qualified for redelivery.
•Handles sending of initial and Final EDM
•Conducts UAT related to Redelivery team and initiatives that may arise from time to time
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
•At least 1-2 years of work-related experience in Logistics, Card Production or Releasing
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and AI
