The Associate Relationship Manager provides vital administrative support to Sales Directors and Relationship Managers while also assisting with client documentation and onboarding. This role supports business growth by handling day-to-day client requests and contributing to cross-selling initiatives for CASA, insurance, and investment products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Manage administrative tasks for SDs and RMs, including meeting scheduling, minutes-taking, and travel arrangements.
- Supervise the schedules and routes of Business Class Messengers to ensure timely delivery of documents.
- File requests for office supplies and process transactions in systems such as SAP Ariba.
- Assist new Relationship Managers (RMs) with onboarding to bank systems and request RM codes.
Client Servicing & Documentation
- Assist in following up on client requirements for account opening and onboarding.
- Monitor documentation status with CMS QA, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal standards.
- Upload rush documents in EDMS and coordinate with RMs/CSMs for deficiencies.
- Handle valued clients day-to-day requests and coordinate resolutions with internal units.
Sales & Cross-Selling Support
- Conduct regular outbound calls to cross-sell CASA, insurance, investment, and other retail/transactional products to mid-tier and low TRB clients.
- Support the region in achieving cross-sell penetration and CASA balance growth targets.
- Align with RMs and SDs to ensure sales activities complement overall client strategies.
- Record and track sales activities and outcomes for reporting to the Regional Center Head.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Monitor weekly and monthly CASA and cross-sell reports.
- Coordinate with the RBC Marketing Officer and Business Analyst to consolidate sales and operations reports.
- Assist in preparing materials for regional and cluster meetings.
- Perform RDS checker functions, including validating reimbursements against call and account metrics.
