Salary is $1,000 per month.

Role Description The Associate Project Manager is a full-time, remote based role supporting our Construction Projects. This position supports project planning and execution, including scheduling, coordinating resources, and tracking progress against milestones. The role involves communicating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure materials, services, and inspections are completed on time and within scope. The Associate Project Manager will assist with documentation, status reports, and issue resolution, helping to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards on all assigned projects. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring logistics activities, updating project records, and contributing to process improvements to enhance overall project performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Water, Wastewater, Lift Station, or large scale development and Utility Projects.
  • Experience or familiarity with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, including coordinating materials and services to meet project timelines.
  • Foundational project management skills such as scheduling, task tracking, risk awareness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices relevant to environmental or industrial projects.
  • Understanding of logistics management, including shipment tracking, inventory coordination, and vendor follow-up.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency with common office and project tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, email, and document management systems).
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical practices in all project activities.
  • Prior experience in environmental services, construction, industrial operations, or a related field is beneficial.
