Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor email inbox and accurately handle client requests in a timely manner
  • Act as key point of contact between internal support teams and external clients
  • Manage prioritization of projects and monitoring of job status
  • Promptly file all appropriate documents to their rightful places

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must be able to communicate well in English
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Solid customer-first mindset
  • Prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines
  • Willing to work in shifts and overtime
