Job Purpose
In this new role at Avyan, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and programs for a portfolio of clients, within and beyond the MarTech team. You'll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Acting as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, partners and vendors, you will lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and optimized for success. With your eye for detail and quality, you easily can jump in to work on tasks to help the team. And you are eager to develop your strategic senses so you can advise your clients on what to do next with their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Storytelling & presenting: Create and present decks that impress any audience, from your team members up to board room C+-level executives at our client side, that are convincing and to the point.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing consistent updates on progress, risks, and achievements.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, development, content, and media) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Operational support in Content management/authoring: working independently on content management tasks, as well as being able to QA other people's work
- Strategic consulting: Being able to advise clients, and execute tasks coming from the advice, on topics like (Retail) Media Marketing, SEO or Automation.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor
What We'd Like to See:
- You are able to communicate transparently, honestly and candid towards your peers and managers internally.
- Strong creative/content instincts with an eye for developing and evaluating high-quality creative solutions.
- Experience in a creative agency environment (or working with), particularly on digital and tech projects involving web, mobile, commerce, and strategic consulting.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and monitor client campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Expertise in translating client directions into actionable plans and delivering insight-driven, workable solutions to address client needs.
- Comfortable working with clients across all levels and industries, from C-suite executives to day-to-day contacts, with a natural ability to facilitate relationships.
- A firm understanding of Paid media marketing, content management, marketing automation and/or SEO
- Project/account management skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams, identifying new business opportunities.
- You like to work with different cultures and nationalities, in a diverse environment
- It's a plus if you have experience in preparing RFP's and pitches
- Deep appreciation for digital marketing
- Curious and proactive in keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices that could enhance campaign performance.
- Especially in AI you know how it can be used to added value, and you know how to use it to make your own processes more efficient.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a program management role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- You have above knowledge and experience from marketing perspective in one (or more) of these Key Services: SEO, Web design, Marketing Automation, Paid Marketing
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse clients.
- Strong project and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive high performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Experience working with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira)
- It's a plus if you have experience in CRM or CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe).
