THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

8%-Review and monitor instructional training plans and programs
4%-Supervised Technology-Based Instructional Materials Development
4%-Supervise Maintenance of Training Facilities
4%-Assess Trainers Performances
6%-Implement Social Marketing and Advocacy Program of the School
6%-Supervise Instructional Delivery
5%-Maintain Professional Competence and Integrity
6%-Interpret and apply TVET Research
7%-Implement and monitor Quality Management System, Plans and programs
7%-Plan and organize work in the Instructional Unit
3%-Implement Trainer's Development Programs
