As the
Associate Product Marketing Manager at Healthspan Global, you are the vital link between high-level brand strategy and nationwide sales execution. Reporting directly to the
Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will help implement the strategic vision for our medical aesthetic portfolio. Your primary mission is to ensure our Product Specialists are equipped with the best tools and narratives to win in the competitive Philippine aesthetic market.
Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive APMM to support our product positioning and sales enablement efforts. Whether you are an external marketing professional or an accomplished Product Specialist looking to pivot into strategy, you will play a key role in executing product launches, localized marketing campaigns, and clinical education initiatives. You will work under the guidance of the PMM to ensure Healthspan Global maintains a leading, premium presence in clinics nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution & Support: Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to roll out nationwide marketing plans. You will take the strategic blueprint and turn it into actionable tasks for the sales team.
- Sales Enablement Toolkit: Under the PMM's direction, create and maintain the sales toolkit for Product Specialists. This includes clinical brochures, digital assets, and localized battlecards for specific regional competitors.
- Field Liaison: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team. You will gather field insights from Product Specialists and report them back to the PMM to help refine the overall product strategy.
- Event & Symposium Coordination: Support the execution of national medical congresses, clinical workshops, and KOL Mastermind events. You will ensure the brand's aesthetic and message are consistently applied across all physical touchpoints.
- Clinical Content Localization: Assist the PMM in adapting global clinical data into marketing materials that resonate specifically with the Philippine dermatology and plastic surgery communities.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and re-order patterns (24 month cycles) to provide data-backed feedback to the PMM for future strategic adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 23 years in Medical Aesthetic Sales, Marketing, or Clinical Coordination.
- 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Marketing. Experience in both sales and product marketing is a must.
- Experience in international supplier relationship/management is an advantage.
- Technical Communication: Must have the ability to grasp complex clinical efficacy and safety profiles and translate them into simple, persuasive sales talking points.
- Collaborative Mindset: Must have a collaborative mindset - can take direction from the PMM while providing creative input and on-the-ground feedback.
- Strong Planning and Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple product launches and events simultaneously across different regions of the Philippines.
- Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis is an advantage
