Oversee and implement physical security programs based on physical security standard, policies and procedures and services within the assigned site/s
Ensure overall compliance to security requirements may it be regulatory, corporate, client-specific and industry standard
All agency-related issues that affects personnel overall performance are addressed immediately
All personnel licenses and clearances are up to date and no one are allowed to duty having an expired document
Conduct audits and trainings to ERO, SO and Security Shift In Charge and conduct investigation related to personnel within Real Estate Team
Assist Supervisors and Managers on facilitation of Emergency Response Procedures within the area of coverage
Ensure that physical security operations of the assigned site/sites and manage all security systems maintenance contracts for all security technology installed and to be installed at all locations
Ensure training and connects for Security staff, Floor Wardens, Security Personnel & New Joiners
Coordination and implementation of Half yearly Fire evacuation drills for the sites and conduct Annual Security Self Audits, Inspection of premises
Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance to CNX physical security and information protection requirements
