Job Description

Job Title: Associate, Payroll

Description: As an Associate, Payrol l, you will play a key role in executing accurate and timely payroll operations. Your responsibilities include managing all administrative tasks related to payroll processing, ensuring regular payroll runs are completed efficiently, and supporting activities related to employee benefits and pension administration.

About The Role

We are currently looking for an Associate, Payroll individual to join our team. As an Associate, Payroll you will be responsible for utilizing their strong payroll skills. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll, processing payroll on a regular basis and sometimes managing benefits, as well as pensions.

As An Associate, Payroll, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Creates, terminates, and inactivates employees records
  • Calculates payroll manually, as needed
  • Assist in Payroll reports preparation and validation
  • Process payroll on a biweekly basis
  • Administering Deductions and Benefits manually, as needed.
  • Provide employee support through ticket management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any Finance or Business-related course or related experience
  • 1 - 2 years of experience on the field, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Open to work for the US time zone since the role will work in the Eastern Time Zone (8:00 pm to 5:00 am Manila)
