What You'll Do
The Partnerships Associate will support the Partnerships Team in lead generation, partner communication, and day-to-day administrative management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in engaging with brands and external partners.
Key Responsibility Areas
Lead Management & Pipeline Tracking
- Maintain and update the partnerships pipeline.
- Track all inbound and outbound leads
- Monitor follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed or delayed
Partner Outreach & Communication
- Initiate outreach to potential brand partners.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain professional and relationship-driven communication
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Prepare and organize partnership decks, proposals, and documents
- Assist in contract processing, billing coordination, and documentationEnsure all files and records are organized and accessible
Event & Campaign Support
- Assist in coordination of partner requirements for events (e.g., expos, brand activations)
- Track deliverables and ensure partner commitments are met
- Help manage pre- and post-event requirements (briefs, reports, asset collection)
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year experience in partnerships, sales support, account management, or admin roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with brands and external partners (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar tools
