Job Overview
Act as a vital link between the client and the operations team. Participate in client calls, interact with clients frequently and communicate feedback to the operations team. Assist OM in controlling costs through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment. Responsible to recognize and reward performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered. Complete production work as required.
Responsibilities
- Single point contact for the client and the senior management
- Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
- Handle first level escalation from clients
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day shift activities
- Ensure accuracy is maintained in jobs submitted to clients
- Set-up work, shift schedules, evaluate recommended software and deal with and report any problems that may arise
- Review the performance of the team on a monthly basis to check progress against major tasks
- Project manage the end-to-end completion of client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), working with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, Countries and other regional proposal teams. RFPs and RFIs are Question & Answer format, free format and Power Point Presentations
- Draft with Sales customized proposals for unsolicited bids.
- Keep abreast of customer needs and market trends through continual training and partnership with Sales and Product Management
- Responsibility for reviewing the output, performing quality control and returning completed documents to the clients.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Banking/Financial Services industry experience is required for this proposal writing role.
- Strong 8 years of proposal writing, with 5 years people management are essentials for this requirement.
- Good MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Project management: Effectively plan and manage RFPs within tight time frames; work with different subject matter experts simultaneously to gather necessary information for the responses.
- Candidates must be amenable to work on permanent night shifts and Philippine holidays.
- Applicants must be willing to work on a rotational basis from home and onsite in Cybergate 3, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong.
