Career Opportunity: Associate Manager - Proposal Writing Team
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Shift: Permanent Nightshift (includes Philippine holidays)
Work Setup: Hybrid (following successful regularization, once a week RTO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior management, ensuring strong relationships and handling first-level escalations.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day shift activities, manage schedules, and evaluate software tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
- End-to-End Proposal Management: Lead the full lifecycle of RFPs and RFIs, collaborating across Sales, Product, and Client Delivery teams globally.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control on all outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct monthly team performance reviews to track progress against major tasks and KPIs.
- Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and customer needs through continuous training and partnership with Product Management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Industry Experience: Required background in Banking or Financial Services.
- Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Proposal Writing, with at least 5 years in a People Management capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex RFPs within tight deadlines while coordinating with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs).
