As an Associate Manager, IT Client Success, you will play a strategic leadership role in strengthening global client partnerships and driving long-term account growth. You are not just managing relationships-you are shaping retention strategy, influencing expansion opportunities, and directly impacting client lifetime value across international markets. The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the tech industry - preferably with 5 years of experience, with 2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Familiarity with IT-BPO industry standards and practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experienced in leadership with strong interpersonal skills when collaborating with team members.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • High level of professionalism and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various client accounts simultaneously.
  • Understanding of customer success principles and best practices.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users or recipients of Emapta products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming their trusted IT adviser.
  • Act as the primary or backup point of contact and advocate for clients within the company.
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, if any.
  • Monitor client health and engagement, taking proactive measures to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address issues or concerns.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the internal IT teams to drive product and service improvements through regular governance meetings (Recommendation: Quarterly Performance Review with the Delivery Team Stakeholders).
  • Coordinate with other IT groups on the successful onboarding of new clients and talents.
  • Coordinate the proper offboarding of clients and talents.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among different IT team groups to improve overall coordination, skills, and knowledge.
