Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Lawyer position based in Makati. The Associate Lawyer will manage and provide counsel on legal matters involving corporate, commercial, and labor law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. The role also entails legal research, preparation of pleadings, participation in litigation and dispute resolution, and representation of clients before courts and administrative agencies. Collaboration with team members and clients to deliver strategic, client-specific solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Analysis, and Opinion Writing
• Proficiency in Drafting and Reviewing Contracts, Pleadings, and Legal Memoranda
• Experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Case Management
• Knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Labor Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bar-admitted attorney in the Philippines
• Proficiency in leveraging legal technology tools and resources
• A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a law firm setting or corporate legal department is an advantage
