Role Description The Associate Lawyer will handle a range of matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions, and preparing documentation for corporate and litigation work. The role involves attending client meetings, court hearings, and conferences, as well as coordinating with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. The Associate will review and analyze laws, regulations, and case precedents to support client advisories and case strategy, and will assist partners in managing case files and transactions from initial assessment through resolution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, requiring regular collaboration with the Firm's partners, fellow associates, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills. No experience required but familiarity with litigation (civil, criminal and labor) would be an advantage.
