Job Title: Associate Director (US)
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid (5:00AM to 2:00PM)
What you'll be doing:
- Month-End Close & Consolidations: Support the monthly and year-end close for the client and subsidiaries, including AR, AP, GL reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, multi currency adjustments, and consolidated reporting to the Controller—ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Intercompany & Multi-Currency: Manage intercompany transactions across entities: invoicing, reconciliations, monthly foreign exchange rate updates, and elimination entries
- NetSuite Administration: Administer NetSuite: saved searches, GL audits, chart of accounts maintenance, and ensuring data integrity across all transactions
- Process Improvement & Controls: Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities; establish and maintain internal controls and audit-ready documentation in coordination with the US Controller
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries to the US Controller and senior leadership team
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop 2-4 remote accounting team members: set goals, delegate work, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Non- Negotiable Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus but not required
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP; experience supporting a US-headquartered company preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on NetSuite experience preferred; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency accounting with intercompany transactions
- Excellent written and spoken English—comfortable working asynchronously with a US-based team across time zones
- Self-directed and organized; able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Process-improvement mindset: comfortable establishing new processes and navigating ambiguity
