Job Title: Audit Associate Director

Work Schedule: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday to Friday

Work Setup: Hybrid

Specifics of Work Setup: Initially requires 3 months onsite training, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per month or quarter)

Office Assignment: Makati Office 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and have a strong knowledge of all audit functions.

• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards, experience in researching as it relates to accounting and audit issued.

• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Evaluate internal controls, report systematic errors or fraud indicators.

• Coordinate the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork procedures, and wrap up.

• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.

• Take complete ownership of specific aspects of the engagement and see them through to completion.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be CPA.
  • Experience working in a big auditing firm is an advantage (Big 4).
  • At least 5- 10 years of Audit experience.
  • Has at least two (2) years of experience Broker Dealer or Alternative Investments Industry and US GAAP financial reporting
  • Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills.
