WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....The job is primarily responsible for the planning, leading, organizing and control of the various functions, activities and projects needed toexecute the builds to theT1Channels andNon-Traditional Partnershipsbusiness of the company. It is also responsible for the supervision of managers assigned to the department.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs any or all of the following in various degrees according to the position's job level:
1.Establishes the directions, major strategies and action plans to achieve the company's business goals as aligned with the overall AIAGroup, AIA PH, BPIAIA and BPI's vision and objectives
2. Identifies and pursues opportunities for innovation
3. Secures the financial, manpower and information resources required to accomplish the department's objectives.
4. Collaborates with BPI's Branch Sales Channels, Agency Banking Team, Partnership Distribution Group and the Consumer Banking Group in the development and implementation of life insurance sales, marketing and servicing programs for T1Channels.
5. Provides direction, strategies for acquisition of new partnerships.
6.Establishes business development for new non-traditional partnerships.
7. Collaborates with Non-Traditional Partners in the development and implementation of life insurance sales, marketing and servicing programs.
8.Collaborates with the T1 and T2 tribes to agree on the functionality of the T1 and T2 platforms for the effective execution of the T1 and T2 platforms by the Sales force and BPI branches (and other BPI channels).
9. Monitor sales and feeds back improvements in the T1 sales platforms necessary to ensure the company starts and remains ahead of the competition in both T1 platforms for customers over time.
10.Monitors and feedback after sales servicing and customer needs requirements and upgrades for effectiveness of the online platforms for customer satisfaction.

11.Manages staff's performance to ensure the duties and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
12.Mentors, coaches and supervises the team and trains successors to the role.
13.Sets the staff's training and development plan to provide opportunities for advancement
14.Communicates new company regulations and other relevant information to the staff
15.Provides regular feedback to the President & CEO, Distribution Head
16. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Education -Graduate of a business course (Commerce, Management, Economics, Marketing and Insurance)
  • Experience- At least 8years of relevant work experience in the area of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, in the life insurance/ bancassurance industry, with at least 3year experience in a managerial capacity exposure to OF market, bank operations and bancassurance preferred
  • Certifications/licenses -MBA &/or FLMI an advantage
  • Special skills-Strategic thinking, Excellent Analytical Skills, Financial Management Expertise, Relationship Skills, Strong leadership, Skills, Communication Skills (English and Filipino), Presentation Skills, Relationship Management Skills,Events Management,People Management Skills, Resource Management Skills, Customer Orientation, Creativity and Problem Solving Skills
