Job Description

The Associate, Digital Learning Productionis responsible for assembling translated versions of eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Vyond. This role focuses on importing translated assets, rebuilding course structures, correcting formatting issues, syncing media, and implementing nativespeaker feedback. The role does notrequire fluency in nonEnglish languages linguistic accuracy is handled by translators and nativespeaker reviewers.

Key Responsibilities

• Import translated XLIFF and caption files into authoring tools
• Rebuild translated course versions to match the English source
• Correct formatting, layout, and timing issues
• Sync audio, video, and animations
• Implement edits provided by nativespeaker reviewers
• Collaborate with translators and regional translation reviewers for clarification on complex edits
• Conduct technical QA to ensure functional accuracy
• Maintain consistency across all language versions
• Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Rise, Storyline preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured workflows
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to work with feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing tools (Synthesia, Vyond)
• Experience working in a global or multilingual environment
• Familiarity with XLIFF, SRT, and VTTfiles
• QA or content production experience
