Panoptik Global is seeking an Associate Developer to design, develop, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including integrations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. The role also supports requirements gathering, documentation, and continuous platform improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint solutions

Gather requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions

Support integrations with existing and third-party systems

Troubleshoot issues and provide maintenance and enhancements

Collaborate with teams using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices

Create and maintain technical and solution documentation

Ensure compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards

Qualifications:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of Power Platform and SharePoint experience

Experience with solution architecture, integrations, and customization

Technical Skills:

Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SQL

Visual Studio and web services

Other Requirements:

Experience in Agile environments and business process improvement

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
