General Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy user communications through push notifications, in-app banners, and emails.
- Work with Consumer Growth, Experience, and other teams to support campaign rollouts and announcements
- Maintain publishing schedules and ensure timely, accurate delivery of platform messages.
- Ensure all communications meet compliance and brand standards.
- Support vendor relationships for tools related to CRM, messaging, and marketing execution.
- Manage promo operations which include user rewards and reporting.
- Coordinate risk and legal approval workflows for campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute to internal documentation such as SOPs, trackers, and policy drafts.
- Collaborate with other departments for OEC requirements.
- Assist with operational requirements related to Product and commercial initiatives.
- Act as the team's point of contact for internal campaign support requests and ad hoc content needs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and requests at once.
- Clear, concise communicator comfortable coordinating across teams.
- Familiarity with platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, Airship, or equivalent CRM tools is a plus.
- Understanding of content execution processes across push, in-app, and email.
- Experience with internal documentation, campaign tracking, and compliance-related workflows.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured approval processes with minimal oversight.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset toward solving problems and keeping workflows running smoothly.
