Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate position located in Davao. The Associate will handle a variety of tasks, mainly tax filing and compliance, assist in preparing financial statements, and collaborating with team members to assist with client needs. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams, maintaining organize and accurate records, and providing support for the execution of strategies and solutions to address client needs. The Associate will also actively contribute to the firm's growth through innovative problem-solving and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and accounting skills to assess data and provide insights
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and meet tax and other compliance deadlines
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and continuous professional development
