Associate Business Analyst – Graduate

Location: Manila

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time

Contract: 1 year

Role Summary

We are looking for a Graduate Associate Business Analyst who will support business and technology teams in understanding requirements and delivering digital solutions.

The candidate will work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

●    Gather and document business requirements.

●    Conduct discussions, interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders.

●    Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements.

●    Create user stories, process flows, diagrams, and documentation.

●    Help manage and prioritize the product backlog.

●    Work with Agile/Scrum teams during development and sprint activities.

●    Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

●    Track requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.

●    Help identify and resolve business/process issues.

●    Prepare progress reports and documentation.

Requirements

●    Bachelor's degree in:

○    Computer Science

○    Information Technology

○    Information Systems

○    Business Management/Administration

○    Engineering

○    Accounting or related field

●    Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

●    Internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, software development, or QA is an advantage.

●    Basic understanding of:

○    Business Analysis

○    SDLC

○    Agile/Scrum/Kanban

○    Requirements gathering

○    Business process mapping

●    Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

●    Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.

●    Exposure to Power Platform, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot, or ServiceNow is an advantage.

●    Willingness to learn AI, GenAI, automation, and digital technologies.
