Job Description

The Associate Analyst shall be working closely/collaborate with key partners/ cross functional teams like Cap planning, MFG and engineering teams and Support Groups to ensure qual project activities happens/executed on a timely manner.Review system processes, address any gaps and recommend process and system improvements for better execution of the projects.

- Graduate of a bachelors degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- With good scholastic records or with relevant work experience including in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industryis an advantage

- Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyse situations and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Knowledge of Oracle SQL/SAP is an advantage

Support Mfg Resiliency Projects- Owns Supply Management and Enable System Readiness ( Part Number Creation via ECN submission)
Secure Supplyfor Resiliency, as applicable
Manage Lot Scheduling via Adhoc process or add on Demand File. Coordination with Operations and PQE Partners/ team lead to ensure key metrices/targets are met on timely manner
Initiate SLR ( Special Lot Request) for Qual and Engg Lot Build request at Assembly
Attends Coordination meeting as applicable.
