About The Role

McCann Philippines is hiring a Assoc. Business Unit Head to lead one of our core business units.

You will own business performance, senior client partnerships, and end‑to‑end campaign delivery for a major portfolio. This role combines commercial leadership with hands‑on ownership of major integrated campaigns, from brief to launch and impact.

What You'll Do

Business & Growth

  • Own revenue growth, margin health, and overall business performance.
  • Grow existing accounts and lead new business prospecting and pitches.
  • Shape winning pitch narratives, proposals, pricing, and scopes.
  • Ensure all LOAs, MSAs, CEs, and approvals are complete before work begins.

Client & Campaign Leadership

  • Build trusted, senior‑level client relationships.
  • Translate client objectives into clear strategies and executable campaign platforms.
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign development and execution, from brief to launch and evaluation.
  • Lead integrated delivery across strategy, creative, social, production, and partners.
  • Deliver work on time, on budget, and to standard.

Creative & Product Leadership

  • Champion work that is creatively strong, culturally relevant, and business‑driving.
  • Lead the development of major integrated campaigns.
  • Act as final accountability for campaign quality and effectiveness.
  • Ensure outputs are well‑crafted, well‑produced, and audience‑led.

People & Operations

  • Develop high‑potential talent and build a culture of clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Lead forecasting, manage receivables, and protect margins.
  • Align resources and workflows to support quality and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in account management, brand leadership, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience leading large client portfolios and senior relationships.
  • Strong track record in growth, pitch leadership, and commercial management.
  • Hands‑on experience owning major campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong communicator, commercially sharp, calm under pressure.
  • Inclusive leader with strong cultural awareness and people instincts.
