Job Description

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Manages daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Supervises, coaches, trains, and disciplines warehouse staff to meet productivity quotas.
Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations (5S) and maintains a safe, clean warehouse environment.
Generates daily performance reports and coordinates with other departments, such as logistics or procurement.

Qualification

Bachelors or College Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
25 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.
Must be Makati residence or nearby area.
