Job Summary

As the AVP, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all commercial leasing activities across PRIME's portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing portfolio performance, and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle big-ticket accounts and high-value leasing transactions to drive revenue growth.
  2. Identify and secure leasing opportunities for office, retail, and other commercial properties.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and corporate clients.
  4. Source prospective tenants and manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  5. Lead negotiations of lease terms and conditions between landlords and tenants.
  6. Manage a portfolio of commercial properties and ensure high occupancy levels.
  7. Provide strategic leasing advice to property owners to optimize property performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
  • With at least 10 years of cumulative experience in commercial real estate and leasing industry or related sectors like Business Development, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, and the likes; 5 years in leadership role.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation, providing valuable insights to drive success
  • Exhibit outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, excelling in both written and verbal communication.
  • Willing to report on-site in our office in Quezon City.
