Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue through retention and expansion of the existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring sustainable year-over-year growth.
  • Oversee the development and execution of key sales retention and alternative channel programs.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Business Development and Retention Managers to ensure achievement of sales and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and channel expansion.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and business insights to the Vice President for informed decision-making.
  • Develop sales forecasts and projections based on market scenarios to support strategic planning.
  • Review, monitor, and evaluate team performance; implement training, development, and coaching to build strong leaders across business development and retention teams.
  • Design and recommend incentive programs and promotional strategies to improve renewal persistency and channel productivity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partner intermediaries (Brokers, Agents, and other alternative channels) through training, engagement, and support initiatives.
  • Oversee the rollout of intermediary programs and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure effective cascading and implementation of company policies, departmental guidelines, and strategic priorities.
  • Consolidate and report customer and partner feedback to Top Management to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

Experience And Training

  • Minimum of 710 years of progressive experience in sales management, with a strong background in FMCG; experience in HMO or Insurance is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in alternative channel development and management (agency, brokers, partnerships, or distribution channels).
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving aggressive growth targets.

  • Advanced proficiency in revenue forecasting, market analysis, and aligning sales strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
