Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Treasury Manager in daily treasury operations, including supervising the Treasury Assistant and maintaining bank records and summaries.
  • Support Accounts Receivable encoding, interest income recording, and verification of online checks.
  • Safeguard important financial documents, titles, and manage petty cash and revolving funds.
  • Assist in payroll processing, mandatory remittances, and final pay computation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of treasury and financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Treasury or a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry preferred
  • Willing to work at the Marikina City Head Office.
  • Strong report generation and analytical skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and accurately
