The Opportunity

Join Allegro MicroSystems as a vital contributor to our supply chain and global distribution network. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our advanced semiconductor products are accurately documented, packaged, and shipped to our customers worldwide. Working at the heart of our logistics operations, you will bridge the gap between production planning and global trade compliance, driving operational excellence while maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Shipping Documentation: Sort and record pickslips, generate individual packing lists, and handle the endorsement and revision of critical shipping documents at the Import & Export Logistics section.
  • Drive System Transactions: Utilize Oracle and Ship Console to perform Ship Confirm transactions, generating essential compliance documents such as Commercial/Proforma Invoices, Assembler's Declarations, and RoHS documentation.
  • Coordinate Logistics & Planning: Work closely with Test AMPI Planners regarding unshipped parts due to quality issues, quantity discrepancies, or pending customer approvals. Manage back-ordered orders and coordinate advance shipping bookings.
  • Support Warehouse Operations: Prepare shipment enclosures and shipping orders, monitor shipping material inventory, and actively assist in routine inventory cycle counts.
  • Lead Team & Safety Initiatives: Consolidate team attendance sheets, extract performance reports for supervisors, and serve as an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) employee worker representative.

What You Will Bring


  • Education & Experience: College graduate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in clerical, warehouse, or shipping operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to comfortably perform Oracle receipts and transact orders within ERP and shipping console systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making capability to quickly address and resolve discrepancies or issues on the shipping floor.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across planning, logistics, and operational teams.
