Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Sales Logistics Assistant.
What are the Job Responsibilities
Billing Processing (Utilities, Contracted Services, and Freight Services)
- In-charge on the timely processing of payments for utilities to avoid additional penalties and continuous operation. Coordinate with service providers for issues related to utilities
- Create product req. (PR), request purchase order (PO), process goods receipt (GR), and submit requests for payments for billings that includes WIM (3PL) and SG Contracted Services
- Validate the details of created freight orders per trip and trucker as requirement for Freight Service PO generation that will be released in periodical manner to truckers.
- Check the completeness, confirm the accurate amount, and process billing of trucker's freight service POs
- Check the completeness and accuracy of billing documents for services rendered by contractors (projects related to civil works
Floating Accounts
- Establish monitoring and publish regular update on floating accounts reconciliation based on agreed frequency
- Ensure 100% checking, validation, scanning, and uploading of returned PODs based on standard formats provided prior to transmittal
- Monitors timely CI / Trucker's claim processing of 3PL's settlement team based on the returned stocks and notations on PODs.
- Closely coordinate with Sales, SLAM, and ASPEN on concerns pertaining to floating accounts. Comply on reconciliation lead time as agreed and elevates to DS or DCM concerns that needs immediate attention
Dispatch Operation
- Provide support to dispatch supervisor in ensuring all delivery distinctiveness of account are being complied by truckers and 3PL partners.
- Coordinate closely to truckers to ensure timely remittance of PODs in DC based on set lead time.
- Coordinate with 3PL's settlement team in complying to account/sales/ASPEN requirements pertaining to PODs.
- Controls the transmittal of documents to ASPEN, ensures their systematic filing for future reference, ensure completeness of supporting documents, and the necessary information therein
- Monitor usage of supplies and ensure enough supplies will be available at any given time
- Manage ordering/replenishment of supplies based on approved budget
- Create product req. (PR), request purchase order (PO), coordinate delivery with procurement, and process goods receipt (GR) for supplies needed.
What are the qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, Preferably Accounting/ Commerce or business-related course graduate
- With minimum of 1year total experience in warehousing/dispatch operation, billing processing and/or POD inventory/recon. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS office
- Good Communication and analytical skills
- Has initiative and is resourceful
- Willing to work in ESMO Plant
