Job Description

Job Title: Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager
Business Function: Supply Chain
Business Unit: Personal Care

Fixed Term: 6-8 Months

Main Job Purpose
The Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring stable export operations and maintaining high service levels for both PC and B&W business units. This role oversees export customer service concerns, ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations, and manages export demand planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT).

  • Manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets.

  • Ensure smooth operations in the export distribution process (Distribution Requirements Planning) to deliver high levels of customer service to Export markets.

  • Provide transparency on the overall supply situation to Export markets and highlight any supply risks to support the business planning process.

  • Consolidate Export market demand and analyze demand movements.

  • Drive digitization initiatives on Export demand collation (RPA, Kinaxis).

  • Ensure compliance with CO procedures and policies (Service Level Agreements, Working Capital, Sourcing Capabilities, etc.) in associated countries.

  • Support the S&OP process by driving a structured Regional Demand and Supply Reconciliation process.


Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning and export-related areas.

  • Working knowledge of supply chain management principles.

  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Good working knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is an asset.
