Role of Assistant Relationship Associate

As an Assistant Relationship Associate, you'll be a key support for our client's Relationship and Business Development Managers. You'll handle finance contracts, transaction queries, and ensure smooth settlementsall while keeping communication seamless across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare finance contracts and pricing quotes for transactions.
• Manage settlements and respond to transaction queries promptly.
• Keep clients and team members informed with regular updates.
• Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to lender information requests and liaise with financiers and customers.
• Support general office administration tasks as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Banking experience, Corporate Loans & Equipment Finance
• A detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who takes ownership and delivers results with a high level of accountability.
