POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Assistant Manager creates and executes strategic sales plan of the assigned region towards achieving sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual growth and sales targets through specific business building activities.
- Lead the implementation of sales, trainings, and events initiatives in the assigned region to achieve the company's set goals and objectives.
- Determine annual sales plans by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume, analysing trends and results, monitoring competition for the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Country Manager in planning strategies for the assigned region.
- Maintain the business standards and provide commendable business support to the leaders and Brand Partners in the assigned region.
- Implement field connection such as coaching and mentoring calls, one-on-one/deep dive meetings or team meetings with Brand Partners.
- Communicate and provide relevant information to Brand Partners on a timely manner regarding product information, events and promotions, and latest corporate programs and initiatives.
- Liaise with Country Manager and other departments on relevant day-to- day concerns to ensure smooth operational workflow for the region.
- Plan, coordinate, organise and execute localised online and offline opportunity meetings, sales rallies, seminars, trainings, and other activation initiatives in the assigned region on a monthly basis.
- Assist leaders on their business and training needs when required and as approved by the Country Manager.
- Conduct deep dive and performance review with key leaders in the assigned region on a regular basis.
- Screen, analyse and recommend opportunities and potential areas to be developed in the assigned region.
- Monitor and assist in the rank advancement of Brand Partners in the assigned region.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing Organisation with sales or business development experience.
- Has strong sales and marketing background, highly analytic and strategic.
- Committed to make a positive impact and to significantly contribute to the company's goals.
- Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Ability to develop lasting relationships with the field and leverage on relationships to drive results in sales.
- Great speaker with good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Can work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
- Willing to travel within the region to lead and support business-building activities
