Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably, Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or related field)
Has at least 3 years of working experience as an Assistant Property Manager (Preferably with experience in handling Residential properties)
Expert in report writings
With good overall presentation skills
Strong leadership skills
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
