JOB OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Project Management Department (Project Execution and Cost Financial); Together with the Project Management Head, the Assistant Project Manager will develop a detailed project execution plans including scope, timelines and budget to ensure timely completion; This role will act as the primary point of contact between the developer and construction operation group.
- To ensure that all works meets industry standards and the developers specifications.
- To identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address
- To plan and conduct independent work requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of multi-disciplinary engineering techniques, procedures, methods, and criteria.; and
- To devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 7 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering, and budget management
- With at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Should be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably a Chartered Quantity Surveyor
