QUALIFICATIONS
-A bachelor's degree in a related field like Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering is often preferred.
-2-4 years of experience in project management or technical support within the telecommunications industry is Highly recommended but not required.
-Experience with project supervision and management frameworks and tools relevant to the telecommunications field is beneficial.
-Hands-on experience with project delivery, tracking and reporting is valuable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-implementation Planning and Initiation: Defining objectives, and d eliverable, developing project plans, and conducting feasibility st udies.
-Resource Management: Identifying and allocating resources (personne l/subcon, equipment, budget) effectively.
-Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration.
-Schedule Management: Creating and managing project site timelines, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
-Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise.
