This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Product Manager located in the Philippines. The Assistant Product Manager will support product planning, development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, developing strategies to bring innovative products to market, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves monitoring product performance, gathering customer insights, and providing timely support to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

• Proficiency in strategic planning, product development, and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Background in customer behavior analysis and trends monitoring
• Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic environments, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant project management and analytical tools is preferred
