What You'll Do:

Drive procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, and supply reliability

Lead endtoend procurementfrom sourcing and negotiations to contracting and supplier performance

Explore market insights and identify innovations that unlock value

Build a strong, sustainable supplier base aligned with company standards

Analyze data and trends to spot opportunities and support strategic decisions

Partner crossfunctionally with Supply Chain, Production, R&D, and Quality to meet packaging needs

Ensure continuous improvement through KPI tracking and supplier reviews

What You Bring:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG and packaging

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills

Analytical, solutionsdriven mindset

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency with procurement tools and systems

Awareness of industry best practices and trends
