Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gumaca, Quezon for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Duties include supervising staff, monitoring operational processes, resolving issues, coordinating resources, and supporting management in achieving operational goals and compliance with company standards. The role also involves optimizing workflows to improve productivity and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Leadership, team supervision, and staff mentoring abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, reporting, and process optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficient in relevant technology tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field (or equivalent experience in fleet management)
  • Experience in operations or similar roles is preferred
