Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
Maintains properly by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
Monitors day to day operations of Branches, Warehouse and Admin.
Maintain constant communication and relationship with management, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
Do field work / branch visit to assess and support operational requirement.
Driving appropriate data-oriented analysis, and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
Assisting to plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met.
Facilitates repairs and maintenances of all existing Comglasco branches and all other properties owned and leased by the company.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve process and alignment.
Conducting ongoing quality inspections.
Any task that may be assigned by the owner from time to time
