The Assistant Manager for Marketing oversees the planning and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, increase sales, and support business growth. The role includes campaign management, supplier coordination, traditional marketing initiatives, and leadership of the marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promos, and activities to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and branches for marketing materials, promotions, and memo releases.
- Lead traditional marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns in coordination with sales and operations teams.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with department goals and efficiency of two direct reports.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of solid experience in traditional marketing.
- Skilled in budget planning, supplier coordination, and cost management.
- Experienced in developing promotional calendars, trade marketing, and event implementation.
- Knowledgeable in brand management, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Capable of preparing and presenting marketing reports, proposals, and strategic plans.
