Job Title: Training Assistant Manager Sales
Salary: 45,000, willing to stretch up to 65,000 as long as the candidate is qualified
Work Setup: Onsite

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role
At least 1 year of sales experience is required, preferably in a corporate or structured sales environment, to effectively support sales-related training and competency development (If not met, the application will be automatically rejected)
Strong background in curriculum development and training delivery
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in training or teaching-related tasks
(Trainer or Assistant Training Manager experience in a BPO setup is required; if not met, the application will be automatically rejected)
