We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager/Store Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance, a leading retailer of home appliances in the Philippines. As an Assistant Manager/Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the team by providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance.
- Achievement of sales targets through effective customer engagement and shopping experience; staff scheduling and supervision; merchandise and inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance store efficiency; profitability and collaborate initiatives with departmental teams and support groups.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree, any course
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail store supervisor or management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting
- Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies
- Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
