Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new corporate accounts under the MyMaxicare product line.
    • Manage day-to-day concerns of MyMaxicare accounts requiring sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Drive yearly account renewals through proactive account management and regular client engagement activities.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, utilizing tools such as C4C and the Sales Online Database for all prospects and closed accounts.
    • Review client contracts to ensure correct implementation of terms and conditions.
    • Analyze and prepare various client-requested reports, including utilization and account performance reports.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery, fast issue resolution, and overall positive client experience.
    • Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experienc

  • At least 3 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development (HMO or insurance industry experience preferred).
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and report preparation.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Results-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
