Job Description

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Assistant Manager

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro); Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint design and MS Office; Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is an advantage.

Experience: at least 3 years of experience in creative production / design execution

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring a Brand and Marketing Assistant Manager with the following skillset:

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of design experience and client relationship management.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to produce high-quality documents and visual assets

Experience developing templates and style guides preferable.

Some knowledge of UX/UI principles and familiarity with CMS platforms preferable.

Experience:

Proven experience in a professional services or corporate environment

Strong understanding of design principles

Some understanding of proposal processes

Ability to manage multiple design projects and stakeholder relationships autonomously

Demonstrated ability to provide original and creative concepts that support business development

Key relationships:

Internal: Directors, Senior Managers, Creative Team members, Marketers, Digital Team members collaboration, and feedback.

Autonomous decision-making

Independently determine design priorities and production elements for each project
