Assistant Manager/ Manager for Technical Support!
Below are the responsibilities of a ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
- To deliver high-quality technical support to ensure the effective resolution of the concerns raised by the Chery Authorized dealerships. This involves diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and providing guidance to ensure the optimal performance and safety of vehicles.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, dealership service departments, PDI, and field technicians ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues using diagnostic tools and software and offer solutions and recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately. Prepare detailed reports on recurring issues and propose improvements and maintain up-to-date records of technical support activities.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards; and share those knowledge and best practices to the technical support group and to the dealers technicians.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of technical issues and solutions.
- Participate in meetings and discussions, local and international, related to product improvements and technical updates.
- Manage and maintain technical resources, including diagnostic tools, software, and service manuals.
- Ensure the availability and accessibility of technical information and resources for service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards in the provision of technical support
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices among service personnel.
- Coordinate with Chery International the product issue, request for improvement and monitor the implementation.
- Issuance of Technical Service Bulletin for known technical concerns.
- Issuance and implementation of Recall Bulletin if there's any, and monitor the completion.
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Servicing or any related course.
- Has vehicle workshop experience in repair and diagnosing.
- Has extensive experience in doing technical support from any automotive brands.
- Knowledgeable with vehicle system mechanical, electrical, and computer system.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capable in working independently and as a part of a team.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Capable with building relationships with dealers and technicians.

- Join Date: March 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
