Job Description
Location: HMRID Industrial Park (Taguig)
Salary: ₱20,000- ₱30,000/month starting salary (negotiable depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Shifting schedule, generally 9-hour work blocks. possible shift changes depending on final operating requirements must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Rest Day: Monday or Tuesday
About Dilly Pickle ClubDilly Pickle Club is a new pickleball facility focused on creating a fun, welcoming, and community-driven environment for players of all levels.
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help oversee our day-to-day operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Manager with daily facility operations
- Supervise and support front desk and operations staff
- Help manage staff schedules and daily assignments
- Oversee court bookings, reservations, check-ins, and payments
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Monitor court usage and help ensure smooth operations
- Assist with open play, tournaments, events, and other activities
- Train and support new employees
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Assist with inventory and supplies
- Help resolve customer and operational issues
- Step in and oversee operations when the Manager is unavailable
- Support the Manager with other operational tasks as needed
- Previous experience in supervisory, management, hospitality, customer service, retail, sports, or similar roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Responsible, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable managing and working with a team
- Customer-service oriented
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and messaging platforms
- Willing to work weekends and holidays when scheduled
- Positive, energetic, and approachable personality
- Pickleball or sports experience is a plus but not required
Successful candidates will undergo an initial 2-week training and assessment period to learn our systems, procedures, and day-to-day operations and determine whether the role is a good fit.
Training will include:
- Court booking and reservation systems
- Customer service and facility procedures
- Staff scheduling and coordination
- Check-in and payment procedures
- Opening and closing procedures
- Facility standards and upkeep
- Event and open-play operations
- Handling customer concerns and common situations
Successful candidates will then transition into a full-time position, subject to applicable employment requirements and company policies.
