Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:

This role provides strategic support to regional and local sales initiatives through performance insights and analysis, partnering with country and APAC teams to drive alignment and growth.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Support the implementation of regional and local business strategies and sales initiatives in close collaboration with local country teams. Track progress and performance and assist in analyzing outcomes to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Gather and consolidate information on market trends, business dynamics, distributor behaviors, and needs to support business analysis and the development of growth models.
  • Monitor, review, and provide regular updates on business processes, training systems, events, and activities across key organizations to help identify best practices, potential gaps, and risks.
  • Work closely with the Metrics and Sales teams to prepare timely monthly reports, including city by city initiatives, and support analysis of regional and local sales initiatives, promotions, events, and activities to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Support leadership and stakeholders by preparing reports, data analysis, and insights to aid planning, decision making, and the development of new concepts or initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of sales training materials and tools used for internal presentations, trainings, and events.
  • Collaborate with the APAC Regional Sales Team to ensure alignment with global, regional, and local initiatives, and support the sharing of best practices and participation in regional projects that contribute to APAC success.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Education

A degree or higher-level qualification in relevant field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong professional presence, interpersonal skills, and local market influence, with the ability to positively represent and enhance Herbalife's brand and reputation within the health and nutrition industry.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and guide teams toward shared goals and objectives, fostering alignment and collaboration.

Skills/Certifications

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret and translate internal and external data into insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to present analysis clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Self‑driven and collaborative, effective working both independently and in teams.
  • Strong time and priority management, able to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in a multinational or international environment is preferred.
  • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
