Assistant Mall Manager

Take the helm as an Assistant Mall Manager and lead the vibrant heart of our retail space. You'll be tasked with analyzing operations and advising management to ensure our mall hits all its targets. From sparking customer interest to controlling costs, your insights will drive improvements in facility maintenance and physical appeal. Oversee the seamless performance of our mall, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any other related course.
• Extensive experience and a proven track record in the field of Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service, and Business Operations in a managerial capacity.
• Preference is given to those with managerial experience in the field of Property Management or Building Administration for minimum of 5 years.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership and entrepreneurial qualities.
